Our systems are integrated with the national number portability system to prevent the unauthorized port-out of customer telephone numbers. Other carriers must follow the FCC-mandated LSR process to port numbers away from us, and our systems will automatically stop unauthorized port-outs of any number on our native network. Wholesale customers receive immediate, automated email notices whenever another carrier accesses the Customer Service Record (CSR) for an in-service number, and also when another carrier has submitted an LSR to port-out an in-service number. This provides an opportunity to stop unauthorized port-outs before they occur.
